Sebastien has over 15 years’ experience in Finance and Business Transformation. His focus is on cross-border business development and procurement transformation projects such as digitalization of the Procure-to-Pay process, make or buy, transfer of work, carve-out, and capex management. He evolved primarily in the sectors of aerospace, defense, construction, telecommunications, and renewable energies. He leveraged Audit/Consulting (Deloitte) and Corporate Audit experience (Airbus) to interact with C-level Executives and manage change successfully throughout company transformations. He lived in France, Germany and USA and therefore performs well in multicultural environments. Speaks French, German and English at negotiation level.

Sebastien trained professionals and business school students on negotiation and various procurement topics. His training courses are based on the programs offered by EIPM at international level.
